WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR THE PINK BOX?
The Pink Box is recommended for girls and women ages 14+. Our subscribers vary in age, from teens to fourty-somethings. We truly do provide items that appeal to a wide demographic. If you like the sound of beauty, style and empowerment, then this box is for you!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX AFTER ORDERING?
The deadline to order The Pink Box is the 14th of each month, and we will ship out the box on the 16th of each month. Any orders placed after the 14th will roll-over to the following month. Orders are typically received within 7 business days of shipment. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill all orders on the same day every month. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
I WANT TO TRY THE PINK BOX FOR ONE MONTH ONLY. WHICH SUBSCRIPTION OPTION DO I CHOOSE?
If you would like to try the Pink Box for one month, please select the Month by Month option. Please note this option is auto renewing. If you choose not to renew your subscription for the following month, you must log on to your account and cancel your subscription. The last day to cancel your subscription is the 14th of each month to avoid being charged for a box. If you are having trouble, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can cancel your subscription on your behalf.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
We take pride in putting together each month’s Pink Box and commit to sending you the very best. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product in the box is proven to be defective, which must be proven by the subscriber. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the defective product, photos, and any other necessary information, and we will make best efforts to determine a workable solution. All pricing is in Canadian dollars (CAD).
